Delivery and Shipping

UK orders totalling over £75 are delivered for free.

We currently ship to all countries in the EU as well as the USA and Canada. For overseas orders, delivery costs is dependent on the weight of the products selected. Please note overseas orders may be liable to import tax or customs charges for which customers are solely liable for. For approximate costs and delivery times, please see below.

Currently all orders are despatched in protective jiffy envelopes or cartons by courier from Christopher Courtney and will need to be signed for on delivery.

United Kingdom
Orders totalling up to £49.99 have delivery charge of only £3.95.
Orders totalling between £50– £74.99 have delivery charge of just £8.95.
Orders over £75, delivery is free.
Once despatched, please allow 2 – 3 working days for your order to arrive. 

European Union (EU)
Orders up to 2KG: £19 delivery charge.
Orders 2 – 5KG: £26 delivery charge. 
Orders 5 – 10KG: £45 delivery charge.
Once despatched, please allow 7 – 10 working days for your order to arrive. 

United States (USA)
Orders up to 2KG: £29 delivery charge.
Orders 2 – 5KG: £38 delivery charge.
Orders 5 – 10KG: £53 delivery charge.
Once despatched, please allow 10 – 14 working days for your order to arrive.

Canada
Orders up to 2KG: £29 delivery charge.
Orders 2 – 5KG: £38 delivery charge.
